Jeffrey Feiler is an experienced criminal trial attorney with a reputation for getting impressive results - and a philosophy of compassionately treating his clients. Mr. Feiler has practiced criminal law since 1982 - handling cases throughout the United States including Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Texas and Puerto Rico. He practices in the State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of Colorado, as well as Federal Courts in Florida, Colorado, Kentucky and throughout the United States. Mr. Feiler is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court of Colorado and in the State Courts of Florida and State Courts of Colorado. He also has practiced Pro Hac Vice in the States of Alabama, California, New York, Puerto Rico and Texas.Mr. Feiler graduated from Queens College, New York (B.A., 1979) and earned his law degree from the University of Miami Law School (J.D., 1982). He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. During the first three years of his career, he worked as a Prosecutor for Janet Reno where he was an Assistant State Attorney. Mr. Feiler was elected President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers - Miami Chapter in 1999 and continues to serve that organization as a Director since 1989.
He has given lectures and seminars. He enjoys being a mentor to young lawyers and young people who wish to someday become fine attorneys. He was a Adjunct Professor at Barry University where he taught the Criminal section of the Paralegal program.
